"In Your strength I can crush an army; with my God I can scale any wall." Psalm 18:29

My daughter Heather has always been one for drama. Mostly her own making. You would think that with age (she's 32) she would learn her lesson. NOT!!! We all get tired from time to time of the same old way our hair looks. When we do, we may get a hair cut, change the style of our hair, even change the color...but...with Heather she takes it a bit further than most. She has drastically cut her hair, got a perm, colored her hair almost every color there is, and now turned her hair midnight blue! Her natural color is blond. Yes, she is a blond hair, alabaster skin, blue eyed beauty who desires to look like a smurf! HA! A few months ago her hair was red, she had it cut, she had it permed, and well....she looked like little orphan Annie! Not my words, but her husbands! Last evening she wanted to dye her hair black but she didn't read the color on the box which hinted that it would have a blue tint. When she came over to my home last night ranting and raving about her blue hair, all I could think was that my daughter looked like a smurf! Yes, I know, I am suppose to be sympathetic and console my daughter. I'm a terrible mother... right? Oh the joys of motherhood... they never stop! I may only have one child...but she has kept our lives interesting over the years to say the least! I love you Heather! Blue hair and all!!!!
