Imagine Me Without YOU

YOU WILL NEED TO SCROLL DOWN TO END OF MY BLOG TO MUTE MY PLAYLIST. TURN UP YOUR SPEAKERS.

Music ministers to my heart almost more than anything else. Whenever I am down, I listen to my playlist, or other CD’s. Music has had a large part in our ministry over the years as well. I used to sing publicly until illness has taken my singing voice away. I believe that one day this too will return. There is a reason for my voice to be silenced at this moment; I truly believe “…that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28

As I was listening to Imagine Me Without You, it reminded me that the Lord can take everything away from me, but the one thing I cannot live without is Him!

He is the Source of my strength.
He is the Air I breathe.
He is the Beautiful One.
He is the Love of my life.
He is the Faithful One.
He is the Beginning and the End.
He is the Everlasting.
He is my Bread and Wine.
He is my Creator.
He is my Teacher.
He is my Guide.
He is my merciful Savior.
He is my Shepherd.
He is my Shelter.
He is my Comforter.
He is my Healer.
He IS……

Without my Savior I believe I would not be here today. There have been moments in my life when I felt I could not continue on…the pain, whether physical or otherwise, was too unbearable, but it was then that the Lord lifted me up into his loving arms and carried me through the pain. He has continued to walk with me through the valleys and the mountain tops. Only He knows the pain I go through. Only He knows the pain that you are going through. My family and friends have been there with me as they are able, but the Lord is here with me continually. Only He understands.

No, I cannot imagine even a moment without my Comforter.

Thank you Lord that you have promised in your Word that you will never leave me nor forsake me; just as you had commanded Joshua, you have promised me – “ This is my command—be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9. Lord you have brought Light to my life; You oh God light up my darkness. Because of You I never have to imagine my life without you! Praise God! Amen.

"Imagine me without you
I'd be lost and so confused
I wouldn't last a day
I'd be afraid without you there to see me through
Imagine me without you
Lord, you know it's just impossible
Because of you
It's all brand new
My life is now worth while
I can't imagine me without you..."

I enjoyed singing along. Thanks for visiting my post, sister. We truly can't live a second without Him. I even won't last a day without a Word from Him.:(
Shalom!

As I look back on my life it has been the hardest, most painful moments when He has stripped me, that my love and faith in Him and for Him has taken leaps and bounds. I know I wouldn't want to be loved only for the gifts I give. Sometimes He strips us for the same reason and to help us KNOW DEEP within that He is enough. He is ALL in ALL. Thanks for this song. Thanks for sharing your heart. It is a lovely heart.

Beautiful!

And thank you for visiting my blog. I too lived in Arizona. I grew up there. It's a dry heat, right?

Yes, a VERY dry heat... I always tell people to put their head in the clothes dryer for a while and they will know what it feels like in the summer... Although I prefer it over the hot humid summers.

Thank you for visiting my blog...

What a great message in that song. It's a new one for me. He is my hope and the only one that I can count on no matter what. He will never fail me.
