One Month Anniversary!!

A year ago I started “lurking” around my sister’s blog. I thought to myself, how nice, but what would I have to say on my blog. One month ago (yesterday) I became alive in the blogging world. Now my sister has created a monster! I can’t stop blogging! I have met some wonderful godly women from all around the world. This Thankful post is dedicated to my sister, Marsha, and all my terrific blogging sisters. I am so glad we are sisters by blood…. Whether it’s bio blood or Christ’s blood!


Dear Heavenly Father, I come to you with a humble heart rejoicing over my new found blogging sisters and my dear sister, Marsha. I am so thankful that you have blessed me with such new found relationships. I am so thankful for their much appreciated and needed prayers for my family and myself. I have truly felt their heartfelt prayers, especially this week as I have been suffering from pain and infections. For you oh Lord, have been answering their prayers even as I write. Lord I am forever tied by your blood to these sisters; according to your promises, a bond that will never be broken. I am thankful for my sister Marsha who even though we live 2,000 miles apart, we are never far in heart! She has always been there for me through many a trials, pain, and laughter. Thank you Heavenly Father for giving Marsha as my big sister as well as my sister in Christ. I thank you Lord, that you have placed within her heart love and support that has always been unconditional.
Heavenly Father, as the apostle Paul wrote to the church of Laodicea, in Colossians 2:1-7, I write and pray for my blogging sisters in Christ: “For I would that ye knew what great conflict I have for you, …. and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh; That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ; In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. And this I say, lest any man should beguile you with enticing words. For though I am absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the steadfastness of your faith in Christ. As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: Rooted and built up in him, and established in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.” Amen.
