Problems Will Not Stop Me

“Problems can slow us down temporarily
but they don’t have the ability to stop us.
O ly we have that power.”
~Wayne Cordeiro~

This is such a powerful and true quote! Like most of us my life has been plagued with many challenges, trials, and difficulties. The last five years may have looked to some people as though I have stopped living my life. The busy life that I had known for most of my life is gone, temporarily; in the mean time God has changed my direction; my course - but never my purpose in life – To bring glory and honor to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The Word of God tells us in I Corinthians 10:31, “Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.” Whatever the problem we may be experiencing, as long as we give all honor and glory to God, then we are not allowing the problem to stop us. Thus, we are not giving the power to Satan. Psalm 62:11 tells us, “God has spoken plainly, and I have heard it many times: Power, O God, belongs to you;”

Heavenly Father, I give all my challenges to you. Satan has no power over me. I relinquish all power to You. My problems may temporarily slow me down, but they will never stop me from giving You all honor and glory. They will never stop me from living for You. Amen
