My Life Is In Your Hands
MY LIFE IS IN YOUR HANDS - By Kathy Troccoli
Life can be so good
Life can be so hard
Never knowing what each day
Will bring to where you are
Sometimes I forget
And sometimes I can't see
That whatever comes my way
You'll be with me
My life is in your hands
My heart is in your keeping
I'm never without hope
Not when my future is with you
My life is in your hands
And though I may not see clearly
I will lift my voice and sing
Cause your love does amazing things
Lord, I know, my life is in your hands
Nothing is for sure
Nothing is for keeps
All I know is that your love
Will live eternally
So I will find my rest,
And I will find my peace
Knowing that you'll meet my every need
My life is in your hands
My heart is in your keeping
I'm never without hope
Not when my future is with you
My life is in your hands
And though I may not see clearly
I will lift my voice and sing
Cause your love does amazing things
Lord, I know, my life is in your hands
When I'm at my weakest Lord
You carry me
Then I become my strongest Lord
In your hands
My life is in your hands
And though I may not see clearly
I will lift my voice and sing
Cause your love does amazing things
Lord, I know, my life is in your hands
I trust you Lord
My life is in your hands

For I am the Lord, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you. Isaiah 41:13
It has been a difficult few months for my family. As I have read other blogs I notice that these are complex times for us all. This beautiful song is a reminder that our lives are in His hands. He is right there with us through the difficulties, trials, and sorrow. His powerful hands that formed the world into existence are the same hands that comfort us when we are down trodden. There is not a great deal in this life that is for sure, but one thing I do know, His unfailing love for each of us! What a comfort this song gives to my heart. I am never without hope. Instead of living in fear of tomorrow, I need to rest in His hope today and every day.
I thank you Lord for holding me in your loving and tender arms. Thank you, for promising to be with me always and forever more.

Well said my beautiful friend, love you.
Yes. Mmmmm...Yes. God is good. And His love is everlasting! May you feel His arms about you.
How beautiful! I look forward to more catching up. I still get a little weepy now and then. I miss my Dad and my uncle but they are in a much better place, a very Heavenly mansion with family. Thanks for the prayers! God Bless!
A very beautiful song and post, thanks for sharing it ~
I really like your prayer guide for the elections too.
Beautiful song! "And I will find my peace...Knowing that you'll meet my every need " that's been my anthem for the week!
Hi Michele,
I am always blessed by your visits and I glad I read this post today. I teach signing and creative dance, When I was on Chemo treatments it was one of the hardest journeys I would ever travel . I had to perform this song and the reason it touched many as I danced was because they knew what I was going through, this song was my testimony not through words but through dance.
When there comes a time when no one can help you and your only hope is in God, you just learn to leave your life in his hands and allow him to carry you through not on your strength, but through his only.

I love these lyrics! Such a beautiful reminder in difficult times.
Wonderful choice! Thanks for sharing! Have a blessed weekend!
Great song. May I remember this every moment of every day.
God bless.
Your post really spoke to my heart. These are difficult times for so many people. I pray that more and more people will find comfort in the Lord.
What a beautiful reminder! May we remember always that our life is in His hands! There is no better place to be! Alicia
I've always loved this song. I sang this at church the Sunday we celebrated Adam's graduation years ago, dedicated to him. Little did I know I'd be clinging to it beautiful reminders so often over the past 5 years.
Love you, sis.
This song that you selected really summed up the last few months for me, too. Thanks for sharing!
BTW, I read on your blog that you have several chronic illnesses that you cope with each day. My heart goes out to you b/c I know how tough it can be. I have lupus, but HOPE in Christ has really pulled me through. I will check back to get to know you better...thanks for visiting me, Michelle!
Thank God I am in His hands. That is the only place I want to be. It is so safe there.
