Thankful Thursday

Sharon made this wonderful banner for everyone to post. Here is here message behind this banner.
It’s that wonderful time of the week when we ponder over our week and give thanks for all the Lord has done for us.

I am so thankful for God’s glorious and unwavering love for me!
I am thankful for the love and patience my family has for me when my mind is not so sharp and clear and I don’t make any sense. Somehow they know just what I’m trying to say anyway.
I am thankful for all the well wishes I received from my blogging friends on my birthday last week and their every day prayers and encouragement.
I am thankful that I was able to cook Thanksgiving dinner this year after doing no cooking at all for several years and I didn’t poison anyone!
I am thankful my sister and her husband were able to spend quality time with their daughter and family in Kenya. I am thankful they also had a safe return home to the mountains of North Carolina.
I am thankful my daughter’s autoimmune hives are being controlled by her new medicine.
I am thankful for the two men of our church who helped move my daughter and family this past week into their new townhome.
I am thankful for the beautiful 67 degree weather here in sunny Phoenix, AZ.
I am thankful my dear hubby is healthy and willing to work his two jobs as pastor and history teacher.
I am thankful for the invention of the telephone so I can hear my mother’s voice any time I need to hear her voice.
I am thankful for my Lord and Savior who provides all I will ever need.

1Timothy 1:12 How thankful I am to Christ Jesus our Lord for considering me trust worthy and appointing me to serve him,

Did I know you had a sister here in N.C? I am in the mountains of N.C too....of course there are quite a few with hours between. Just thought I would ask.
Hmmm, and I think that is a pretty cool banner. ;)
I still love the part about where you store the dog food. Thought about you the other day when I was walking down the dog food isle. :)

Hey Michele! I love the banner and will post it on my blog as well. Jesus is the reason for the season and we definitely need to let His light shine in a dark world.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful thankful heart today. You are always so inspiring.

I also want thank you from the bottom of my heart for your prayers for Brandon and posting it on your prayer list. I know that he is coming home to the Father and oh, what a day that will be! I know that God is going to honor each and every prayer that is being prayed for my precious son. I am so touched by the love and concern from people that I only know through this wonderful bloggy world. I will be eternally grateful for each prayer that is prayed. You will each be richly reward for your dedication to praying for others. God bless you!

Hi Michele,
Glad to here your daughter is doing better. And You can write such a good list of things . I get confused some times too. And don't make sense. Some times I forge how to spell. It is scary to be out of control. But bloging helps to regain my mind.
