Another blessed Thankful Thursday! I look forward to these days when I can read how God has blessed others as well.
I am thankful for my dear sister, Marsha, who unselfishly took time off of her extremely busy schedule to travel to Pennsylvania to visit our mom and step father. Our step father is gravely ill with kidney failure, and she went up to help set up some doctors visits, support them through this time and other necessities. I am so thankful God has enabled her to be able to minister to mom and Chris during this most trying time for our family.
I am thankful for the blogging community. For well over five years as I have been mostly homebound due to chronic illnesses, I have been very lonely. Since I started blogging in July 2008, I have so many special friends who truly care and pray for me on a regular basis. I am so thankful for each and every one of you. You have no idea how much you mean to me!

I am so thankful for God’s grace, mercy, peace, and love He has shown to me.
I am also thankful for God’s sense of humor…. Watch out ladies on how you word a prayer request! This past week I requested prayer for my sick family. I said we “need a cleansing inside and out.” God’s answer…. We were literally cleansed inside and out with the stomach/intestinal bug for three days!

Last, but not least, I am eternally thankful for my hubby, Jim! Even though he too was sick with this horrible bug, he nurtured me, and helped me through the rough times when I needed assistance. Even cleaning up my “messes”! Lord, bless his heart!

Hurry for terrific husbands and blog-girlfriends.
INCREDIBLE photo. Wish my cat would learn to praise God on the ground and not in trees!
Happy Thankful Thursday!

You are a blessing to us too Michele. I am thankful for you! Glad that you are feeling better and that God does answer our prayers.
Love you, sis! I know you'd be in there helping if you could. Thanks for the prayer support.
I am thankful for you dear.
Thank you for sharing your thankful heart with us. Thank God for blessing you and family in many wonderful ways. I thank God for you. Thank you for all your prayers and encouragements. You are so precious to me. Thank God that I am well though still learning to pace myself and have slowed down much. Please take care. Know that you are in my thoughts and prayers too. God bless!
It is so great that God can send support in so many different ways!

That's another point of view about a stomach bug. *smiles* I'm sorry you were sick but I'm sure God is there to heal you ...us all, really. It's great too that your sister is doing a wonderful job in taking care of your ailing parent.
Can't help but smile about your partner cleaning your messes. :-)
Blessings.
