We live in a day and age that is quite turbulent to say the least. All you have to do is turn on the TV or your computer and you will hear about hardships, trials, sorrows, and tribulations. Some people are going to stop watching the news altogether because it’s too depressing. I on the other hand think that some news - in moderation can be exciting. No, I am not a masochist, but the Lord does tell us to be prepared for his return (Matthew 24:42). We may not know the exact day and hour the Lord will return, but we can know when the Kingdom of God is near (read Matthew 24, and Luke 21). I believe we are living in the last days. For those who are Christians it can be a time of preparing our hearts, our priorities, and our families. For those who do not know Christ, this is going to be a time of lost hope, despair, panic, and torment.

I am so much like you Michele, I hear the news and I get excited because I know it is a sign of His return, however I do worry about the unsaved so I continue to pray for them and exercise my boldness to tell them Jesus is alive. Have a safe trip you will be in my prayers.
Hi Michele, I am commenting about your special request. Girl, you will be in a travel trailer with 4 animals? Did I remember that right? Oh my! I do pray it goes well for you all.
You are a better woman than me. :o)
