Hi Sis,
((Hugz) What a great post and so helpful. I am trying to eat the right things so it doesn't affect my liver. I was having some issues with some new meds and I could not not blog like I wanted to because I kept getting a fever and headaches. Hope you are doing well and I love your blog look so refreshing and my favorite colors too !!!

Woo Hoo! Amen! Great info! If anyone doubts it they can ask my 19 year old who just learned what a poor diet and stress can do as he is recovering from a severe case of strep throat! You ARE what you eat!
