The sign reads: "Line Up Here For Skill Test"The other week Jim and I went to the PA Department of Motor Vehicles to get our drivers licence. As we got out of the car I noticed a teenager in a car in front of this sign. I found it a little amusing that they would begin their drivers test in front of a corn field. Then I thought, "humm, I guess if they panic and step on the gas and fail to turn, the corn would be a good cushion!". LOL!! Either that or maybe there is a corn maze they have to pass! LOL.

Well you certainly are getting set in your new state. I'm sure you don't miss the triple digit temps that we're continuing to have in Phoenix. I'm glad to read some news about your move Michele.
That is a little strange...love that you got a birdie sitting on the sign as well. Sounds like things are settling for your and your move.

Well I learned to drive on the backroads of Myerstown and one day I was out with my 18yo brother. We came to a T in the road and I didn't quite have the hang of turning sharp enough so we ended up in the corn field in front of us. As luck would have it, just then his best friend drove past so he never heard the end of that! The corn field at the driving test area would have seemed logical to me....ha! So glad you are getting settled. Been praying for you. Julie in NC
