Sorrow's Shadow On Life's Path

Psalm 18:4-6, 16-19
“4 The ropes of death surrounded me; the floods of destruction swept
over me. 5 The grave wrapped its ropes around me; death itself stared me in the face. 6 But in my distress I cried out to the LORD; yes, I prayed to my God for help. He heard me from his sanctuary; my cry reached his ears.”
“16 He reached down from heaven and rescued me; he drew me out of deep waters. 17 He delivered me from my powerful enemies, from those who hated me and were too strong for me. 18 They attacked me at a moment when I was weakest, but the LORD upheld me. 19 He led me to a place of safety; he rescued me because he delights in me.”

There have been many different roads through my life that have caused great pain and sorrow. It’s so hard to pick just one. Each one has taught me a life lesson and has made me who I am today.

SPECIAL NOTE:
This is actually Michele's sister, Marsha.

Michele is experiencing some Internet issues and may or may not be able to get on today to check her messages. Please understand if she does not respond to your comments like she usually does. She loves and misses you all more than you know. Here absence here is not her choice and it's been an extremely difficult time for her. She's feeling very alone and isolated and has lost her spunk.

Also, please pray for Michele and her family. They are going through some difficult trials right now and would really appreciate you covering them in your prayers. She or I will update you with more information when we can. Just know, this is a very difficult time for Michele and Jim and their daughter Heather, son in law Karl and grandson Travis.

You can email Michele at free2soarhigher@aol.com. I know she'd appreciate the encouragement. When she can get on a computer, it's easier for her to check email than it is to open blogs.

Sweet Friend,

I love you! You continue to be an inspiration and encouragement to me through your posts. As you know, I, too, go through the physical strains and trials dealing with illnesses of my own along with my husband's and your words spoke volumes to me.

I am praying and will continue to pray for you and your entire family. Rest in knowing that He is with you always and His arms are wrapped tightly around you, your mind, your heart and your soul.

Again, I love you dear, sweet precious friend.

May you rest sweetly tonight and the days to follow as He gently strokes your cheeks and gives you a gentle kiss on them from the tender love that He has for you. May you feel vitally refreshed upon waking and facing each new day with the confidence in know that He is always with you in Jesus precious name I pray. Amen.

Blessings, Love & Hugs,
Alleluiabelle
