In the freezing cold, my hubby and son-in-law worked very hard all day Saturday warming our "pipes" and re-wrapping them so we could finally have running water again in our trailer. They also put up a special "skirting" all around the bottom of our trailer to help block the fierce winds that whip through the open field in front of us.
The next day, Sunday, we woke up to freezing rain. Roads were so bad in the morning that Karl was unable to get to work and the churches around here canceled services! By the afternoon the freezing rain turn to rain and roads improved so we braved the roads to go over to mom's for mid afternoon dinner.
I still have my head cold though. But at least it is staying in my head and has not traveled to my chest. Just a pesky runny nose.
Everyone else in the family is doing well. Today Heather and I will go to Harrisburg for my doctor's appointment (not for the cold - for my feet - go figure! LOL)
