What Is Your Standard Of Truth?

Wherever we go, or whatever we watch, whether TV, movies, the Internet or standing in line at the checkout in the grocery store, we see what the “world” views as “super stars” – people to emulate. It seems that every day there is some “star”, athlete, or even politician admitting or caught in uncompromising situation. These are the individuals that the world is trying to get our children as well as ourselves to emulate even worship.

Blessings Michele...Powerful words!
Great truths in your words! We must hold all standards to God's Word. You are right about all we see and how so much has been compromised. Also how jaded many are. Great insights! Thanks for always keeping us aware!
Bless you for your visit today. EnJOY a WORD filled day...

it's a sad truth. a lot of people are doing this --- worship/serve the creation rather than the creator. these people are in bondage to sin that they are blinded, but prayer of the righteous can help them see the light.
