Very interesting article...thanks for sharing!
I work midnights and sometimes I go get a pillow and a blanket and sleep at a desk like that.....ssshhhhh don't tell anyone. When I am sleep deprived I am sleep drunk, headache, don't know what day it is...it is easy to get like that working midnights but I just try to sleep as soon as I get home and I turn off the phone and take Joel somewhere so my sleep will be uninterrupted. I like this post, very informative.
Bless you for sharing.
Appreciate your post on my blog today. Thank you for praying for me. Since you have asthma, too, you know what I'm going through! Nice to connect with you in blogland.
