“Don’t be afraid; just believe.” Mark 5:36b (NIV)
I’m sure that Jairus’s crisis made him feel confused, afraid, and without hope. Jesus’ words to Jairus in the midst of crisis can speak to us today as well. “Don’t be afraid. Just believe.” Have faith; trust Me. Jesus knows there is always hope and promise.
The next time we feel hopeless and afraid, we need to look at our problems from Jesus’ eyes. He is the source of all hope and promise.
Dear heavenly Father, sometimes when I consider how long I have been suffering with my chronic illness and chronic pain I feel as though I should give up all hope. But then I feel the comfort of Your Spirit as He shows me through Your Word and Your creation just how much You love me. For in You is my hope and strength. Thank you Father that I can run to You whenever I feel afraid. You alone will chase away all my fears. In Jesus precious name, amen.

Keep holding tightly to the hem of His garment sis, love you.
Hey Michelle,
What a powerful word, it really ministered to me today.
Continuing to pray for you!
Thanks so much for joining us this WFW♥
Great encouragement today! Thank you!
This was awesome, Michele!
Being one of your fellows in the chronic pain stuff I have learned more and more to reflect on what it really means when it says
That I may know Him and the fellowship of His sufferings....
we do not really think too much about the second bit.....we think oh yes I want to know You Lord....but to know Him is to know the fellowship of His sufferings....I am finding that is helping me find more purpose in it all. He is good and blessings to you my friend.
Wonderful encouraagement today! Thanks Michele.
