This past week my sister, my niece and grandnieces from Kenya had a short whirlwind trip to Pennsylvania to visit my mother and our family. It was the first time I ever met my grandnieces – Sarah (8), Summer (6), Savannah (2), Skylar (10 months). We had a brief, but wonderful time with them. The girls are so adorable! They loved their big cousin – Travis (my grandson 15). He was such a trouper, they jumped on him, tugged on him and loved on him; but he enjoyed every minute of it too!

My mother did beautifully! She had all six of them staying in her two bedroom home from Tuesday evening to Friday afternoon. The first couple of days were rainy so they had to stay inside, then Thursday was beautiful and I brought Travis over and he saved her life! HA HA!
The girls are so good, sweet, loving, funny, and all have their own special personality. Laura certainly has her hands full, but she and her hubby are doing such a wonderful job parenting.
They are all looking forward to their cousin Travis to visit them at their Marmi’s in North Carolina in July. Travis will meet three more cousins – Missy and her two children, Logan (10), and Lana (8).

I look forward to reconnecting to more and more friends and relatives in the coming years.

And we had a wonderful time with you all, too! The kids still can't get over how much family they have that they didn't know about before.
We're looking forward to having Heather and Travis here this summer.
So glad you were able to visit with family, love you.
