My post is along this same line today, too ~ but up here in Canada, we call it Remembrance Day! I don't know anyone in the armed forces, nor do I have any ancestors who served, being that I've grown up with a religious heritage that strictly adheres to pacifism and has produced countless conscientious objectors. While I admire them for standing up for what they believed, I would love to be able to say, like you, that I'm PROUD of my friends and relatives who've been willing to bear arms for what they believed in.
I am so thankful for all of the veterans, including my son, who have sacrificed so much for our freedoms. What a great TT post! :)
Great videos. I know there is so much I don't understand about the daily lives of those serving our country. Praying for them and their families.
