I'm Still Here!

I have not fallen off the frozen tundra of my home in Pennsylvania. I had taken a blogging break due to the nasty "bug" that has been going around - and I'm not talking about bed bugs! No the other nasty "bug" that has been going around and staying for weeks at a time. It really zaps one too; but I am finally seeing a light of wellness at the end of this tunnel of sickness. The nagging cough still lingers but my voice is back and I'm beginning to feel like myself again. For those of you who have emailed me with your prayers and concerns, Thank you! They are deeply appreciated. Keep praying for me....

What do you think of all this freezing and snowy weather that much of the US has been going through?  This morning my husband said the outside thermometer read -5 degrees!  Yes folks, that's right - a negative 5!  Currently, at 12:30 p.m. the temperature is 12 degrees!  A heat wave!  HA!  Actually they say it will warm up to the mid 30's later this week - now that is a heat wave!

For those of you who have been concerned regarding our living in a travel trailer through all this cold weather - Thank you for your concern and prayers; we are fairing quite well.  We are staying warm and cozy praise the Lord!

I have to say that the countryside is quite beautiful with all the snow covering the ground.  It looks like a beautiful post card outside.

Do I miss Phoenix, Arizona?  No, I really don't.  I miss family and friends, but I am happy and content here in Pennsylvania.  God is good - all the time.  We are where God wants us to be.  He has a plan for us.
Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. ( NLT)

All revealed in His time.  Praise the Lord!

Ecclesiastes 3

Everything Has Its Time
 1 To everything there is a season,

      A time for every purpose under heaven:
       2 A time to be born,
And a time to die;
      A time to plant,
And a time to pluck what is planted;
       3 A time to kill,
And a time to heal;
      A time to break down,
And a time to build up;
       4 A time to weep,
And a time to laugh;
      A time to mourn,
And a time to dance;
       5 A time to cast away stones,
And a time to gather stones;
      A time to embrace,
And a time to refrain from embracing;
       6 A time to gain,
And a time to lose;
      A time to keep,
And a time to throw away;
       7 A time to tear,
And a time to sew;
      A time to keep silence,
And a time to speak;
       8 A time to love,
And a time to hate;
      A time of war,
And a time of peace.
